6:00 - 10:00 pm, Enjoy this month’s featured art gallery, The Midway, plus featured art and installations from Rachel Znerold, Anna Landa, OpenLab and Javi Corellano. Plus, get some extra creative juices with a stop by Health Ade Kombucha who will be handing out free samples.

6:00 - 10:00pm, Browse used vinyl from Amoeba Music and fresh indie vinyl from Bay Area Record Fair labels including, Crime on the Moon, Tompkins Square, Resipiscent and Constellation Tatsu.

6:00 - 8:00pm, Make animal-inspired crafts with Julia Jane Moore and let your creative juices flow with Paint Pens Collective.

Inspired by science and powered by sound, the Academy will transform into an oasis of music and art on one special night per month with the NightLife LIVE 2016 summer music series (as part of our weekly Thursday night programming).

Catch live performances on the outdoor West Garden stage as the greenest museum on the planet transforms into one of SF's most unique music venues. MUSEUM EXHIBIT TIMES
6:00-7:45 pm, Osher Rainforest—explore a lush, four-story rainforest that's teeming with life.

6:00-10:00 pm, Color of Life—Discover a world of dazzling live animals and shimmering scientific specimens.

FOOD & DRINK
A variety of food options are available at NightLife from 6:00-9:30 pm, including The Academy Cafe and The Academy Cafe Food Cart located in the front lobby. Enjoy a different fresh seasonal "craft on draft" cocktail at each NightLife bar area designed by our resident mixologist Shane McKnight! All bars accept cash and credit cards.

Please note: Planetarium seating is limited . Admission is available to NightLife guests on a first-come, first-served basis. No passes required. We recommend arriving 20 minutes prior to showtime.
