All of this can be done with a Watt-Minder, which are now available for check-out at the Naturalist Center. The Watt-Minder measures the energy consumption of various appliances and how much it is costing you by day, month or year. As a member or a teacher, you can check one out just like one of our books. You can have it for three weeks and renew it once, as long as there isn’t a hold on it. Stop by the Naturalist Center the next time you are at the Academy to check one out.
