San Francisco Conservatory of Music with Ramón Sender and Terry Riley

SFCM students work alongside composers Ramón Sender and Terry Riley to perform Sender's improvisational piece titled 'Tropical Fish Opera'. Taking place in the California Academy of Sciences Steinhart Aquarium, a string quartet will bring the piece to life in a way never before seen. In this piece, the fish are the notes, and are played as they swim across the sweeping tank.

3pm: Open Workshop, 4pm: Performance
