Chinese American International School Music and Movement Ensemble

Students from the Chinese American International School in San Francisco will be performing music and movement from traditional and newly-created sources. Their set of pieces include Han and Mongolian tunes played on guzheng, yangqin and percussion; a Tibetan folk song, accompanied on Orff instruments; a classic Chinese drum ensemble piece; and a ribbon dance choreographed by the students.
