Once your request is submitted, a representative from the Academy’s Group Sales Department will contact you to review your group visit details, confirm availability of your requested date of visit, and process your payment. Confirmations are only provided once your payment is received and processed by the Group Sales Department.

The Academy will provide one (1) complimentary admission ticket with a minimum group size of ten (10) paid general admission tickets per booking.
The Academy shall provide one (1) complimentary admission ticket for every thirty-five (35) paid general admission tickets after the first ten (10) paid in a group general admission booking
