Field Trip Application

Have you already submitted an application for your current students? To avoid duplicate reservations, call us at 877-227-3311 and we can modify your existing order. If you wish to make a new reservation, please proceed.

• Field trip rates are only available for formal school groups of students in grades pre-K through 12 from California, with various restrictions. Eligibility for any free or discounted rate is at the discretion of the Academy, and may be denied or revoked if your request does not align with donor restrictions or school group policies.
• Programs run through colleges, universities, community-based organizations, and government agencies, as well as camps and homeschool groups, are not eligible for the school-related scholarship; do not submit this application. You may be eligible for different discounts by emailing groupsales@calacademy.org.
• For afterschool, summer, or weekend visits, or visits occurring whenever your school is not in session, please contact groupsales@calacademy.org with your preferred date and headcount, and we will send you a quote.
