$8 per member child; $10 per non-member child; free for the child's adult caregiver. Space is limited and advanced registration is required. Buy tickets for a single session or sign up for the whole 6-week series. Non-members must also purchase museum general admission.

Junior Academy for Preschoolers is a hands-on workshop introducing science concepts through interactive learning. Children ages 3–5 years old explore science and nature while listening to stories, playing group games, and creating a take-home project.

Workshops are offered on Mondays from 10:15–11:30 am. Registered participants meet at the Naturalist Center at 10:15 am. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult caregiver.
