Your school, foundation, or organization can request up to four free general admission tickets per year for fundraising.

Requesting Items for Fundraising Events

To request admission to the Academy for your fundraising event, please e-mail us a letter of request on official letterhead, which includes the following information:

  • Event Date
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Phone
  • Contact e-mail
  • A description of what the fundraiser's proceeds will support
  • Your organization's 501c3 status and federal ID number

The maximum donation available to each organization is 4 general admission tickets per year. Memberships, Platinum Tours, NightLife and Deep Dive Tours are not available as part of our donation program. If approved, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your tickets.

Tickets can be purchased up to an hour before closing.

The Academy is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Demand can exceed capacity for many of our exhibits and attractions. We cannot guarantee admittance to every attraction during your visit.
