Your school, foundation, or organization can request up to four free general admission tickets per year for fundraising.

Requesting Items for Fundraising Events

To request admission to the Academy for your fundraising event, please fax or mail us a letter of request on official letterhead, which includes the following information:

  • Event Date
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Phone
  • Contact e-mail
  • A description of what the fundraiser's proceeds will support
  • Your organization's 501c3 status and federal ID number
  • A stamped, self-addressed business-sized envelope so that if your request is approved, we can return the tickets to you

Please fax or send a letter with all of this information to the address listed below; we cannot process requests over the phone or by email. The maximum donation available to each organization is four admission tickets per year. Memberships, Platinum Tours, NightLife and Deep Dive Tours are not available as part of our donation program. If approved, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your tickets.

All requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Tickets can be purchased up to an hour before closing.

The Academy is closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
